Privacy Policy

We handle the information needed to provide the storefront and digital access. That can include account email addresses and password credentials submitted when an account is created or used; purchase and fulfillment records such as the purchaser’s email, product, amount, currency, order reference, access status, and timestamps; and messages you choose to send to our support address.

If optional analytics is enabled, PostHog may process technical information about use of this storefront, including device/browser information, pages and actions, pseudonymous analytics identifiers, and campaign parameters. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the public site.

We use this information to operate accounts and the digital library, provide or troubleshoot purchased access, maintain security, respond to support requests, meet operational obligations, and understand aggregated storefront use when you permit analytics.

The storefront uses Convex for application database and authentication functions, a platform-hosted checkout and fulfillment flow for purchases, and PostHog only if optional analytics is enabled. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security of the storefront and its users.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly enable targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising from this storefront. If optional analytics is enabled, it is used for product and site measurement, not advertising.

We retain account, purchase, and access information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to address the request and maintain related records. Analytics retention is controlled by PostHog when analytics is permitted.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission, account system, or storage service can be guaranteed completely secure.

This storefront and the Playbook are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information here, contact us so we can review the request.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about personal information we handle, subject to applicable exceptions. To make a request, email team@husbandry.madethis.app from the email address connected to your account or purchase, and describe your request. We may need to verify it before acting.

You can change optional analytics choices at any time on the Privacy Choices page. We honor a browser Global Privacy Control signal by keeping optional analytics off. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, this storefront does not provide a separate sale/share opt-out mechanism.
