Use the storefront lawfully and do not interfere with its security, access controls, or operation. You are responsible for information you submit and for safeguarding your account credentials. Product availability, price, and access are shown through the active catalog and checkout flow.

After a valid purchase, Husbandry grants the purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and privately view the purchased Playbook through the provided digital access method. The Playbook is licensed, not sold.

Except where non-waivable law permits otherwise, you may not print, copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, lend, upload, publish, transmit, sublicense, make available to others, use for commercial or coaching purposes, create derivative works from, or use the Playbook or its contents to train an AI system. Do not remove rights notices or bypass access controls.

Husbandry and its licensors retain all rights in the storefront, Playbook, branding, and content. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, a material violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or security concerns. Ending access does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

The Playbook provides general educational information. It is not professional counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for qualified help tailored to your circumstances. If there is violence, coercion, threats, stalking, intimidation, or another immediate safety concern, seek appropriate local emergency or professional assistance.

We aim to present the storefront and digital content accurately, but availability and access can be affected by technical issues. To the extent permitted by law, Husbandry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the storefront or Playbook. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
